Message Turbo:

Stage 1: JWT Pop charger(10) ($100-$150)<---10 Hp is alittle more realistic
Stage 2: Underdrive Pulley (21) ($150) <---dyno proven 18 Rwhp
Stage 3: ECU Upgrade (60) ($575-$650)
Stage 4: SGP Test Pipes (20) ($300-$575)<----makes more sense here...better hp/dollar
Stage 5: Exhaust (23) ($500-$1400)<----the Hp/dollar makes it better here
Stage 6: Jun Chromoly Flywheel(5) ($425) or HKS ALC ($320-$380)(5)<----You will need a clutch here so good time for the flywheel
Stage 7: Boost Controller (15) ($350-$600)<----switched with intercoolers because you still can only run 15 Psi
Stage 8: NOS (100) ($1200-$1400)<----drops 1/4 by .5
Stage 9: Intercoolers (5) ($1000-$1200) <----Keeps temps down for higher boost
Stage 10: Twin Hi-Flow and ported Throttle bodies(15) ($950-$1100) <---More air for more Hp
Stage 11: 555 Injectors (15) ($1000-$1300) <---allows more boost
Stage 12: Turbo Upgrade
Stage 12a: Sport 500 Turbo upgrade (50)
Stage 12b: TEC Stage 1 Turbo upgrade (65)<----ANYTHING past here will require higher stages to get the HP
Stage 12c: Sport 600 Turbo upgrade (75)
Stage 12d: TEC Stage 2 Turbo upgrade (85)
Stage 12e: Sport 650 Turbo upgrade (100)
Stage 12f: Greddy TD-05 16G Turbo upgrade (125)
Stage 12g: Greddy TD-05 modified to 18G Turbo upgrade (150)
Stage 13: Ported, Polished and flowed Heads...match lower intake and port manifolds (15)
Stage 14: Cams, Billet and Adjustable cam gears(45)<----need valve springs for this
Stage 15: Forged Pistons and connecting rods
Stage 16: Ignition Upgrade (4)<-----If you have NOTHING better to do....very poor HP/dollar
Stage 17: Extrude Hone Plenums (2) <----Another last thing to do...very poor HP/dollar

Stage 11g: Stillen Turbo upgrade 7 (200)
I am really interested to see what kind of turbo makes 170 Rwhp WITHOUT adding anything else???

Non-Turbo:

Stage 1: JWT Pop charger (6) ($100-$150)
Stage 2: Underdrive Pulley (11) ($150) <----very good HP/dollar
Stage 3: ECU Upgrade (11) ($500-$600)
Stage 4: Exhaust (13)($500-$1200) <----Better here because of low Hp/dollar
Stage 5: JUN Chromoly Flywheel (10) ($425) or HKS ALC ($320-$400)<-----you will need clutch here so good time to do it
Stage 6: Ported Throttle bodies (10)($400-$500)
Stage 7: Stillen Headers (10) ($550-$650)
Stage 8: NOS (50-75) ($1400-$2000) <-----works wonders on the N/A :-)
Stage 9: Ported, Polished and flowed Heads...match lower intake (20)
Stage 10: Cams (15)
Stage 11: Ignition Upgrade (4)
Extrude Hone Intakes (10)<----This is a waste of money in my opinion

This is how I would have done the charts if i worked at Stillen. Of course this is my opinion and I think Stage charts are stupid anyway. I think you should use stage charts only as a guide and not follow them to a T. Also watch what companys claim as HP figures without seeing actual Dyno charts.
